Introducing the women behind Flourish
We are seven women from Central Oregon who came together from different churches, generations, personalities, and seasons of life. Most of us are pastors. One of us is a graphic designer. Some of us are raising young children. Some are grandparents. Some are engaged, some married, and all of us are in different places in our stories.
We don't have everything in common.
But we share a love for Jesus, a passion for the Holy Spirit, a desire to see women flourish, and a conviction that God has something for every woman.

Brittany Morioka
Brittany Morioka has pastored in Central Oregon for over a decade and brings a deep passion for Scripture, theology, and equipping others to Flourish. With a background in Christian Counseling and Practical Ministry, she is passionate about helping people understand, live out, and share the truth of Scripture. An entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three, Brittany believes Flourish matters because we are called to train, equip, and empower one another to live fully into our God-given purpose.

Carissa Nystrom
Carissa is a graphic designer who brings her creativity and eye for beauty to Flourish. Having lived in Bend for the past 10 years, she is passionate about creating meaningful, visually engaging experiences that make people feel something. She loves serving the next generation through church ministry and is excited to help make Flourish a beautiful space where women can connect with the Lord and with one another.
