Jillian is an Oregonian who has served in the church throughout her life and entered full-time ministry about 12 years ago. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s in theological studies and is passionate about helping people understand their identity in Christ and discover their place in God’s story. At Flourish, Jillian desires to create space for women from every denomination to worship, grow, and discover their God-given calling. She and her husband, Monte, have four children and five grandchildren, and Jillian has played a musical instrument since she was 10 years old.

Brittany Morioka is a pastor, speaker, teacher, and small business owner who has called Central Oregon home with her husband, Marshall, and their three children since 2012. With 12 years of pastoral ministry experience, she is passionate about Scripture, sound doctrine, and helping women engage their faith with both depth and freedom. At Flourish, Brittany leads marketing, social media, and web design while also bringing her love for teaching and creating spaces where women can become excited about Scripture and encounter God in fresh, meaningful ways. Outside of ministry, she enjoys hiking, staying active, baking sourdough, and creating opportunities to bring people together, including her family’s annual Ice Cream Breakfast.

Melanie is the Executive Pastor at Crossing Church and has served in ministry since 2002, after transitioning from teaching elementary school. With a passion for walking alongside people in every season, she loves listening to their stories and helping them discover God’s truth, freedom, hope, and purpose. She is passionate about creating space for deep-rooted transformation and is excited to see women connect with God and one another at Flourish. Outside of ministry, Melanie enjoys time with her family, being on the water, learning about the human body, and loving on dogs.

Candace is a pastor who moved to Bend from Arizona with her husband and two daughters over a decade ago, following a leap of faith and a sense of God’s leading. After nearly 15 years in sales, she transitioned into full-time ministry, eventually becoming a licensed pastor and pursuing her MDiv. She is passionate about helping people feel loved, connected, and encouraged in their relationship with God. At Flourish, Candace loves creating welcoming, beautiful environments where women feel safe, cared for, and invited to reconnect with God’s design for their lives.
