Seven women. One shared heart. A place to flourish.

Flourish began around a table with a group of women pastors from across Central Oregon gathering for lunch at Crossing Church. We came from different churches, different generations, different seasons of life, and different stories. We were acquaintances, but we shared a deep love for Jesus and a desire to see women empowered to become all that God has called them to be.

That first lunch quickly became something more.

We found ourselves dreaming together about what it could look like to create a space where women from across our region could come together, build meaningful relationships, grow in their relationship with God, and be equipped for whatever calling He has placed on their lives.

There was an immediate sense of, "Yes. Let's do this."

And Flourish was born.


Why Flourish?

The name Flourish comes from Psalm 92, which paints a picture of people who are rooted in God and continue to bear fruit throughout every season of life.

We believe that flourishing isn't reserved for a particular age, circumstance, or season.
God created us whole. He created us to know Him, experience His presence and work in our lives, bear fruit and experience the joy that comes from relationship with Him, even when our circumstances change.

Some seasons feel vibrant and full of growth. Others feel quiet, uncertain, or hidden. But our circumstances don't determine whether we can flourish.


Why Flourish Exists

As women in ministry, we've experienced the value of being trained, equipped, encouraged, and resourced within our own denomination. But we also recognized a gap.

There needed to be a place where women from different churches and communities could come together specifically to be equipped for ministry and leadership, empowered by the Holy Spirit, strengthened through Scripture and prayer, and connected to one another.

And we believe that calling isn't limited to a church platform.

God calls women into ministry, leadership, business, creativity, family, education and countless other places. Wherever He has called you, we want you to have the courage, confidence, community and resources to flourish there.


More Than a Conference

Flourish is an annual gathering, but our hope is bigger than one weekend.

We want to cultivate a community where women can encounter God, deepen their faith, develop meaningful friendships, discover their purpose, and be empowered to step into their calling.

We believe women are better together.
We believe the Holy Spirit works through all people.
We believe every season has something to teach us.

And we believe that when women are rooted in Christ and connected to one another, something beautiful happens.


Meet the Women Behind Flourish

We are seven women from Central Oregon who came together from different churches, generations, personalities, and seasons of life. Most of us are pastors. One of us is a graphic designer. Some of us are raising young children. Some are grandparents. Some are engaged, some married, and all of us are in different places in our stories.

We don't have everything in common.

But we share a love for Jesus, a passion for the Holy Spirit, a desire to see women flourish and a conviction that God has something for every woman.

What began as a lunch invitation has become a beautiful friendship and a shared dream.
